Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our items being shipped directly from Seoul, South Korea, we have specific guidelines to ensure a smooth process for our international customers.
1. Damages and Issues (Defective or Incorrect Items)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dearmyk1014@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right immediately by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
2. Buyer's Remorse & General Returns
If you simply changed your mind, we accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unopened (with original hygiene seals intact), and in its original packaging.
- Important Note on Return Shipping: Because our products are dispatched from South Korea, customers are entirely responsible for all return shipping costs to our designated facility. Please be aware that international return shipping can be costly.
- We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for non-defective items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used personal care/beauty products.
- Perishable goods (such as food or snacks).
- Sale items or Gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific item.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
