Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Here's everything you need to know about how we safely pack and ship your order.

📍 Shipping Locations & Origin

All of our authentic products are carefully packed and shipped directly from Seoul, South Korea to your doorstep. We currently ship exclusively to Canada and United States.

🚚 Free Shipping Offer

    • Free Shipping is available on all orders over $300 (USD/CAD equivalent).

⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they are shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our Seoul warehouse.

 (Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.)

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping to make your checkout experience easy and predictable, regardless of your order's size or weight.

    • Insured Priority Express:  C$29.99 (3–6 business days)

    • Insured Priority Express:  U$20.00 (3–6 business days)

 (Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on external factors such as customs clearance, severe weather, or local courier delays.)

🛃 Customs, Duties & Courier Fees

Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and courier brokerage/processing fees (especially via FedEx/DHL) that may apply upon arrival in your country.

Due to 2026 US Customs updates and standard Canadian import laws, these charges are strictly determined by your local customs authorities and must be paid to receive your shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process.

🚫 Unclaimed Packages & Return to Sender

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs/duties, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.

🛡️ Shipping Insurance

If you select the Insured Priority Express option, full shipping insurance is included. This provides you with complete peace of mind and protection against the risk of physical loss or damage during transit from Korea.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.

🛑 Order Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please:

    1. Double-check your shipping address on your confirmation email.
    2. Check with your local post office or customs office.
